The other day I got the chance to go back and do some architecture photography at the Austin State Capitol Building which is actually the tallest capitol building in the united states. It’s also one of the most photogenic buildings in the country.
I thought that my visit to the State Capitol in Austin was a great opportunity to show you the various lights and how they look to photograph. I take you through the late afternoon, golden hour, and blue hour and show you the various levels of light and how they work out in architecture photography.
Obviously, every shoot and every location is completely different. It comes down to personal preference.
Anyways, that’s it from the State Capitol Building in Austin, Texas. My photography trip continues across the US in coming episodes, so stay tuned!
