I just wanted to share with you this major development in my real estate career ?

I want to share it with you here before the BIG SPLASH hits social media (we are doing a Facebook Live about it later today).

I recently switched from KW to an amazing new company that is more poised for the future.

It’s eXp.

It was a HARD decision at first – but after I spent more than 100 days researching the company and speaking to many of my colleagues who have already moved over… I had to make the move.

eXp offers an 80/20 split (CAP is at ,000). After that you go 100% and there is no royalty.

Lots of leads provided too.

eXp is a virtual brokerage – which is more in line with how I work.

Since the age of 22 I have been working from home, building multiple 6 and 7 figure businesses – and I teach my students how to do the same.

I’m also building my Revenue Share Organization through this company and am ALWAS looking for great agents to partner with.

If you or someone you know would be interested in partnering with me to build wealth and make a big difference for the Creator – I would love to speak with them.

I personally sold more than 1000 homes during my first 10 years in real estate and my business partners have sold 900 homes in the past 2 years.

After 10 successful years, the music industry tanked and Knolly and his wife lost everything including the elegant 6,000 square foot home, executive office building, private recording studio and 10 acre paradise just outside Austin, TX.

After some deep soul searching, Knolly was led into the real estate industry. In 2003, at the age of 33, and starting at rock bottom, the Lord once again blessed his endeavors. Knolly grew to become one of the top 7 real estate agents in Austin, TX (ranked by Austin Business Journal out of more than 9,500 agents and based on actual production). Knolly sold more than 1000 houses during his first 10 years in the business, placing him within the top 1% of REALTORS in the United States.

In 2014, the Lord called Knolly down a different path. Knolly turned his back on the traditional path of success in order to sing the song of his heart… teaching.

Knolly’s biggest joy is his relationship with Jesus, his relationship with his wife Josefina (they married in 1992), his teaching ministry and his weekly Bible classes, which he has been leading since 1989.
