Bianca Praetorius was supposed to hold the first world’s first “Acapella Elevator Pitchathon” at HandleBar in Austin, Texas, during SXSW. She has spent the last 8 years fixing startup pitches and public speaking performance deliveries for +2000 Startups, Intrapreneurs & Individuals for Accelerators, Incubators and TEDxTalks in Europe, Africa and the Middle East.

Unusual times require new formats. Freya Oehle and Sanja Stankovic asked her, to tell us, how to pitch yourself in a video conference, which is now, due to the coronavirus everyday life.

Disclaimer:

SXSW 2020 was going to be a very special one, too: Representatives from Hamburg, Munich, Baden-Wuerttemberg, Bavaria and Hesse, as well as numerous partners from business, culture, the startup scene and science had joined the newly founded german.innovation network to showcase the work of innovative creatives, founders, companies and scientists in an international setting. german.innovation was excited to share a thoughtfully curated program – put together with a passion for meaningful networking and knowledge exchange – with the SXSW community.
