When Darin Cook and Rich Blaser founded Infinite Energy, they were met with a lot of rejection and very little confidence. Now they’ve grown into a multi-million dollar company providing energy to thousands of customers all over the country.
Darin discussed managing the crazy growth and keeping up the company culture with a team of over 300 people. You could almost see the gears turning in Collin’s head, thinking about how he can implement all this great advice when he has his own team of 300.
