Willie Nelson held a concert in support of Texas Senate candidate Beto O’Rourke on Saturday night.
Rolling Stone reports that a crowd of nearly 60,000 people gathered in support of O’Rourke.
During the show, Nelson called out to O’Rourke saying “Beto, come help me do this one”.
The 85-year-old country legend and Senate candidate shared the stage and sang “On the Road Again”.
Nelson offered to play the concert to help support Beto’s improbable run against Republican Ted Cruz.
The event was free, and the public was allowed to simply walk up from the street and enjoy the show.
