This November, Austin voters will elect a new mayor to lead the city council. Six people are in the race – security guard Anthony Bradshaw, UT student Phil Brual, Realtor and state Rep. Celia Israel, cosmetic company founder Gary Spellman, real estate broker Jennifer Virden and former mayor and former state Sen. Kirk Watson.
On Tuesday, Oct. 18 at 7 p.m., all of the candidates will share their vision for the city as part of the KVUE and Austin American-Statesman Austin Mayoral Debate.
