This was my 4th stop on my Texas BBQ Tour and it didn’t disappoint. I want to thank my brother James for joining my family and I at Franklin BBQ. Having great company makes everything better. Overall I was really pleased with the BBQ at Franklins. The brisket was spot on and so were the ribs. The pulled pork, Turkey and sausage were average and my favorite side were the pinto beans.
I was fortunate to meet Aaron Franklin and we spoke for a few minutes. I shared my passion for BBQ with Aaron and I even gave him one of my shirts which he’s holding in his hands in the picture. Aaron was really nice and it turned out that he had ties to El Paso from when he played in a band. Overall really good BBQ and this is a must try!
Thanks for watching!
