Everything is bigger in Texas // Austin travel vlog
Hi, How are you?
These house renovations have basically taken over my life, but they are coming along which makes me so excited to share with you! Things are starting to feel normal again here in the U.S. and I am hopeful that the world is moving in the right direction.
In this video I got to enjoy a weekend in Austin, TX with the Nekohama team. I’m so grateful that we were able to travel again with extra precautions. Its been a long time since we have been on the road.
The Chef from a restaurant called The Well loved our matcha and reached out to us about potentially pairing up. So, off to Austin we went. We enjoyed the beautiful city and amazing food! I felt in my element with how health focused the city was. A perfect place for Nekohama matcha, don’t you think?
One of my favorite findings in the city was learning how easily accessible tacos were! We definitely took advantage of that and enjoyed so many delicious tacos.
What’s your favorite taco? Mines shrimp! I got a lot of inspiration and wanted to share a healthy plant based mushroom Taco with you! If you try to make it at home, please tag me or send me pictures! I always love so much when you recreate the dishes.
Hope you all are having a wonderful weekend and let me know if you have any other questions!
Big hugs
Sanne xx
