The hill country of Texas has a lot of things to do and no matter the time of the year you can always find a beautiful sunset at The Oasis, amazing food at the plethora of food trucks throughout the city, or swim in Austin&#8217;s natural swimming pool, &#8216;Barton Spring&#8217; year-round.  <\/p>\n<p>After Austin, we headed south to San Antonio, Texas to explore the riverwalk and to try some authentic Mexican food.
