A video response to the Anthony Bourdain: No Reservations 100th episode video contest. I shot a day in Austin, TX inspired by the No Reservations TV show. Visited some of my food truck friends. Travel Channel contacted me to use the video (see comments below), but alas it was never used. This video actually launched by YouTube channel and inspired me to make more.
For those not familiar with the show… according to Wikipedia: “Anthony Bourdain: No Reservations is an ongoing American travel and food show on the Travel Channel; it also airs on the Discovery Travel & Living channel around the world. Host Anthony Bourdain visits overseas countries, cities worldwide, and places within the U.S., where hosts treat him to local culture and cuisine. The series premiered in 2005 on the Travel Channel.
