Living in the DFW Metroplex people are always looking for a day trip escape an hour away or so. Here is a great little town an hour north of Dallas to explore. My suggestions are to go on the 2nd weekend of the month and catch the trades days. Lake Bonham is just north of town, and is a beautiful lake, with hookups for RV or tent camping. There is also a brand new Holiday Inn and some low dollar budget accommodations for those of you who want to spend the night.
