Today’s BBQ Crawl takes me to Valentina’s Tex Mex BBQ in Austin,TX. Valentina’s is my 2nd flavor BBQ joint in Austin. Valentina’s is one of the few places that cooks with Mesquite wood. I didn’t try the chicken because they serve it pulled, not whole. Also, since it was a last minute decision to stop here I really wasn’t in the mood for sausage or their pulled pork.
