Franklins BBQ in Austin, TX featured in Texas Monthly multiple times as the Best BBQ in Texas (The World). Famous for the 2+ hour wait 6 days a week going to Franklins for lunch is an experience. After talking and waiting for two hours my friends got a surprise not knowing what was for lunch. Surprisingly this may be the best piece of meat I’ve every eatten.
