A woman has climbed on top of the Southwest Key building in East Austin to reportedly protest the detention of immigrant children.
The woman, who a friend identifies as Patricia Okoumou, is reportedly the same one who climbed the Statue of Liberty over the summer.
Austin police say Okoumou is about 60 feet high. She was heard chanting “Free the children. Let them go.”
