In Austin an assistant city manager, Jonathan Allen, hosted a two-hour seminar about dealing with female elected leaders. Austin’s newly elected female-majority city council was not impressed by the “training” session where Allen claimed that women dislike financial data and ask too many questions, so patience is needed when dealing with them. He said his 11-year old daughter taught him these valuable lessons. Should female political leaders be treated differently than males? The Fox26 Roundup panel weighs in.
